South Ascot Village School

Wraparound Care

Before School Provision

Children attending South Ascot Village School from Reception to Year 6 are eligible to attend the Breakfast Club, subject to availability of places.

The club operates from 7.30am and pupils requiring breakfast must arrive by 8.15am. Children attending will be offered a breakfast, in line with the School Food Regulations, January 2015, which will include: fruit juice, milk or water; cereal; toast with butter/jam/honey/marmite; yoghurt; and, fresh fruit.

Bookings must be made before midnight the day before the booking date using the school's SCOPAY App. Bookings can be made up to a term in advance and places are allocated on a first come first basis.

Priority booking for some places will be given to families of pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium and the school is registered to accept childcare vouchers.

Breakfast Club prices are currently set at £7 per morning session of any length.

After School Provision

Our goal is to provide wraparound care options for families that go beyond simply solving a ‘childcare gap’. Instead, we aim to offer a programme of extracurricular after-school clubs that interest, activate and inspire our pupils beyond the national curriculum.

As a small school with limited staff, this poses challenges that we have overcome by partnering with 360 Sports Education.

Many parents and carers will be familiar with 360 Sports Education’s provision from the highly regarded Holiday Camps they have been running at SAVS for the past few terms.

More information about SAVS's After School Club programme will follow ahead of its launch during the Spring term 2026.
