Before School Provision

Children attending South Ascot Village School from Reception to Year 6 are eligible to attend the Breakfast Club, subject to availability of places.

The club operates from 7.30am and pupils requiring breakfast must arrive by 8.15am. Children attending will be offered a breakfast, in line with the School Food Regulations, January 2015, which will include: fruit juice, milk or water; cereal; toast with butter/jam/honey/marmite; yoghurt; and, fresh fruit.

Bookings must be made before midnight the day before the booking date using the school's SCOPAY App. Bookings can be made up to a term in advance and places are allocated on a first come first basis.

Priority booking for some places will be given to families of pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium and the school is registered to accept childcare vouchers.

Breakfast Club prices are currently set at £7 per morning session of any length.

After School Provision

Children attending South Ascot Village School from Reception to Year 6 are eligible to attend the After School Club, subject to availability of places.

The club operates from 3.10 to either 4.30 for a short session or 5.30 for the long session.  Children attending will be offered a sandwich or wrap, biscuit, fresh fruit, water or fruit juice.

Bookings must be made before midnight the day before using the school's SCOPAY App, and payment is due at the time of making the booking.

Priority booking for some places will be given to families of pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium and the school is registered to accept childcare vouchers.

After School Club prices are currently set at - £9 from 3.10pm - 4.30pm session and £14 from 3.10pm - 5.30pm
