· Talk Homework:

Talk through the spellings, are there any unusual words or words you’re not sure of? (Spellings will be given out on Monday due to teacher absence)

· Reading:

Please read every night (if possible, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way). Reading records are checked on Fridays and house points given out to those children who have read more than (including) 4 times a week.

· Spelling:

Spellings are given weekly. Spelling tests are on Friday mornings.  (Spellings will be given out on Monday due to teacher absence)

· Number:

Times table rockstars. Usernames and passwords given to children. Children are required to complete at least 20 minutes of TTRS weekly. Please ensure this is happening as there is an increased focus on times tables in year 3 and 4. Please complete the "gig" function this week.

· Other:

Art: have a go at drawing/sketching (no colours) something from nature. This could be a leaf, a rock - anything!
