South Ascot Village School

School Day

The school day officially starts at 8.35am, with morning registration at 8.40am. Pupils arriving after 8.45am must be registered late via the school office.

Pupils attending The Canopy arrive from 8.40am and leave from 3.00pm in accordance with their needs and personalised plans.

The school day officially ends for all pupils at 3.10pm, with gates and doors closing promptly at 3.20pm to maintain site security and enable after-school activities to commence.

See below or click here for information about our drop off and collection arrangements.

There are 32.5 hours in a typical school week (8.40am to 3.10pm) and the school offers wraparound care to meet demand, currently from 7.30am for breakfast club to 5.30pm for after-school club. In addition, many families make use of our extra-curricular clubs and activities during term time, and onsite holiday club provisions outside of term time.
