The Structure of the Governing Body
The South Ascot Village School Governing Body operates a 'circle' model of governance, where the majority of decisions are made at Full Governing Body meetings rather than in committees. Full Governing Body (FGB) meetings are held at regular intervals during term time.
The governors take on roles (eg relating to finance, safeguarding etc) and also have link areas for their governor visits to school.
